Title: The Effectiveness of Juvenile Justice Programs on Reducing Recidivism

This paper will discuss and evaluate four of the different types of programs used in the juvenile justice system as alternatives to the traditional confinement facilities. This paper attempts to answer the question of which, if any, of these programs has the effect of lowering crime and recidivism as intended.
